Good morning, I have a customer with one of your hydraulic crane doors on their building. It was ordered by Quality Structures. Your order # is 26756. The customer is having an issue with the bottom seal allowing snow to blow in and there is also air leaking through the top of the door (between framing and steel header tube. What can we do to help these issues? According to your installation instructions everything has been installed properly. Do you have a heavier bottom seal? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Working on a proposal for a customer who would like a 30' wide x 20' tall bifold liftstrap door or Schweiss hydraulic crane door in his shop building. We will be providing pricing on a 60' x 100' steel building with 25' sidewalls. Owner would like big door on 60' endwall to bring in big ag equipment for work. He has plans for a future bridge crane so think we want something that opens to the outside of the building.
I have an industrial client that wants to add a 20' x 20' one piece crane door to a new wall on the inside of their warehouse. They have two OH cranes that will pass over and through this door.
We are looking to install a Schweiss crane door in March. It is for crane access at the top of a taller building. I can give more information upon your request, but I would like to have an approximate price to begin preparing.
We are working on a wastewater treatment plant where we require an oversized overhead door to allow access for a truck mounted crane to service equipment. We can not spare any ceiling space and very little interior wall space to each side of the door. The building will be new construction of precast concrete. I would like to get specifications for a hydraulic crane door system, to be approximately 12'(w) x 20'(h) either horizontal bi-fold or exterior mounted bottom rolling.
