1 I’ve got a problem with my 50’ bifold. The arms that pull it tight are not staying extended while the door travels. The device that pulls it down seems to be the problem. I’m thinking there’s a spring inside that may be broken, I can email a picture of what I’m talking about if you’ll send me an email address.

3 I have a hangar owner with a hydraulic door that when closed completely opens up slightly say 12 inches apx it does not come down at all when up. I did ck the hyd fluid level and it is not out when rams are extended. What type of hyd fluid does it use? Appears to be red. Could the hyd lever control have a slight leak and could it be fixed with just an o ring ?
4 I have 2 Schweiss bifold hangar doors with lift straps and they work perfectly and I want to keep them that way. Could you please send me a maintenance schedule and contact info for local repair companies.
