5 This note is to provide feedback on the installation of Order. I used Ken Phillips, whose name I got from your list of area installers. Ken was great. He obviously knows steel work in general and your doors in particular. The installation went smoothly and according to schedule, plus the price was totally fair for value received. I was also impressed with the kit itself. This was a strap lift system that replaced a back-of-the-envelope design someone did 30 years ago that scared the heck out of me. You provided everything needed, packaged well to survive shipment, and I have every confidence it will hold up well. All in all, thanks for a job well done. I can't think of any suggestions for improvement. There is no need to call, but feel free to do so if I've overlooked anything you want to know.

7 Hi there, we have a hanger from Worldwide Steel Buildings. It has been supplied with one of your bifold doors. I have no instructions on how it fits or how to install it. 8 I already have a quote of a Schweiss hydraulic door and a Schweiss bi-fold strap door. I would like the name of someone who could install these for us.
9 Bi-fold door: Does price include vertical column and header or is that locally procured? If there are heights and widths that if you stay lees than the is considerable savings I would like to know that info. Door height I want 17 foot of clearance what ever door height needs to be to achieve that. Do you have an install team? And is price quoted installed? Is the steel building manufactures that a familiar what the building needs to be for the door? Is the latch strap system upgrade going to be cost a lot compared to if I decide to start with a latch strap? Thanks Paul
